Dr. Martin Kanjuh is a Partner at NORDVISORY. Martin has over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory and investment banking and has successfully completed a large number of cross-border transactions across various sectors for international corporations, mid-market companies, and private equity firms. He also brings specific expertise in the energy, TMT, pharma, and consumer goods sectors.

His focus areas include strategic M&A advisory, business valuation, and SPA negotiation – with particular expertise in complex shareholder structures and the technology sector.

Martin held various senior positions in investment banking. He led the Frankfurt office of Oaklins Germany and previously held M&A positions at Bank of America and Clearwater International.
