Dr. Martin Kanjuh is a Partner at NORDVISORY. Across more than 20 years in M&A advisory and investment banking, he has closed a broad range of cross-border transactions for international corporates, Mittelstand companies and private equity firms.
His path before NORDVISORY: Martin started in investment banking at Bank of America, went on to lead M&A mandates at Clearwater International, and most recently headed the Frankfurt office of Oaklins Germany, part of one of the world's largest mid-market M&A networks. That combination of bulge-bracket, international advisory and Mittelstand experience shapes his approach: institutional process quality, applied to the reality of owner-managed companies.
At NORDVISORY, Martin focuses on the moments in a transaction where experience earns its keep: defensible valuation work as the foundation of any negotiation, leading the SPA negotiation itself, and situations with complex shareholder structures where diverging interests have to converge on a closing. His sector background covers technology and TMT, energy, pharma and consumer goods.
Martin holds a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Mannheim and the University of Zagreb.
