Tobias Sutantio

Tobias Sutantio is the Founder and Managing Director of NORDVISORY. With extensive experience in M&A and corporate finance, he advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and investors on strategically significant transactions across the DACH region.

His advisory approach combines analytical depth with entrepreneurial understanding. Tobias places particular emphasis on working collaboratively and at eye level with his clients, personally guiding them through every step of the transaction.

Prior to founding NORDVISORY, Tobias gained comprehensive experience in transaction advisory and corporate finance, where he successfully managed numerous company sales, acquisitions, and restructurings.
